“In My Dreams” – Available in Paperback

My latest book, In My Dreams, is now available in paperback form in addition to electronic format. I’m beginning to push out my eBooks in print form for those who like to hold something while reading. For those who enjoy reading on their phone, tablet, or computer can opt for the electronic format.

In My Dreams is an erotic story about a young woman who discovers multiple personalities and a nymphomaniac that lives inside her body. Somewhat based on Sybil, who had a bunch of alternate personalities to deal with. Pixie only has one slut inside her.

Patricia or Pixie, for short, grew up in a strict household where anything related to sex was treated with punishment. Then, at age twenty, her already troubled life was turned upside down by her parents’ untimely death.

Pixie was suddenly thrust into the real world and had to deal with everything her parents had tried to shield her from. Possibly this is the schism that created Theresa, who deals with all the things Pixie can’t face.

“House Party” Coming to Paperback

With In My Dreams in the can, as they say in the movie business, I’ve decided to go through my published erotica and offer more of my titles in print form. I’ve decided to start with the House Party series of four books and currently re-editing the story to ferret out any lapses in judgment when I was trying to type with one hand and abusing myself with the other.

As much as I hate to say this, House Party was damn good. I’d forgotten a lot of the detail in the story as it’s several years old. It’s like I’m reading it for the first time, and I’m impressed. I’d pat myself on the back but would probably injure my shoulder doing it.

I must be a glutton for punishment as I wasn’t happy with the initial output created automatically by Amazon’s conversion routines. I know that I could have generated the PDF straight from Word, but since this is a print book, I wanted it to have the bells and whistles of the average book you buy at Barnes and Noble. So I invested another $450 bucks in updating my QuarkXPress to the latest version to satisfy my anal OCD impulses. While my existing copy worked fine, there is nothing like the new car smell of software right out of the cellophane. I need to sell a bunch of copies of In My Dreams and House Party to get me back in the black. As if that will ever happen.

New Year’s Eve Pajama Party

Richie and Randi of KinkyLiterature.com sent me a Happy New Year greeting and mentioned that they were featuring my erotic story, Crashing the Swinger’s Pajama Party, today. Of course, that brought back a flood of memories of the night that story is based upon!

We throw a large New Year’s Eve Pajama Party every year with typically 50-60 couples in all kinds of outlandish outfits or lack thereof. As hosts, Foxy and I rarely have as much fun as we’d wish taking care of things.

Swingers don’t usually drink much as it affects your performance. The guys anyway and so drunks are rarely a problem at our house parties. Generally, several cops, a plastic surgeon, and a paramedic are on hand. Back in the Midwest, we used to have a corner who partied with us. In My Dreams available in print

In My Dreams is now available in paperback for those who need to hang on to something while reading erotica. The book is created with a commercial desktop publishing system, QuarkXPress.

QuarkXPress is a DTP layout program that is almost an S&M experience to use but can produce virtually any type of printed material for those who haven’t dabbled in commercial design work.

Are We Becoming Gayer?

Jealousy is a Bitch

Do Pineapples Mean You are a Swinger?

It’s freezing in Las Vegas, which is almost heresy. Alexa is telling me that tomorrow will be thirty-one degrees in Sin City. To top it off, the humidity is around fifty percent, which makes it feel even colder. We moved from the mid-west to get away from the cold.

I’ve struggled to finish my story, Company Benefits but can’t corral my wandering mind. Initially, I was trying to finish my two on-tap stories so I could at least publish one. Taking stock of things, I’ve come to realize that I am my own worst enemy.

Today, I still have my two original stories, but I’ve started three more. This is how I’ve ended up with over a hundred stories in various stages of completion.

Other authors have writer’s block, but I have writer’s diarrhea!

I can’t seem to help myself? Maybe I could hire a ghostwriter?

Then a couple of days ago, a fellow author friend of mine asked if I knew that pineapples were the secret symbol of swingers? Apparently, if you place an upside-down pineapple on your front porch, you are looking to swap your wife for some other guy’s wife. If you put a pineapple on your cabin door, you’re letting the world know you are a swinger. Plus, if it’s upside down, you are actively looking to do the dirty with someone else.

“Company Benefits” Runs Into Problems

Once again, I am my own worst enemy! If I could just turn my mind off, everything would be okay. Unfortunately, as Company Benefits heads towards 40,000 words and beyond, I’ve become diverted like driving down Las Vegas Boulevard and spotting a skimpily dressed drunk tourist.

I was previously working on two stories, Company Benefits and House Party 5. Then a problem arose, the death of a friend’s husband. We lived in the midwest and belonged to a swing club there. It may be hard to accept, but there are a lot of older swingers beyond the median age of 30-40 years old.

As you might expect, the show at a house party is often better than a porn movie, and I think many older folks enjoy watching. Hopefully, it’s a while before I join the senior citizens on the bench, but they are dear friends. One woman, who was divorced when we met, ended up getting married and moving to Las Vegas.

My House Party series of stories was my first attempt at writing a story that somewhat followed the guidelines for stories. You “need” conflict and resolution, someone to love and someone to hate. Then finally you need to bring it all together.

I started writing smut stories almost ten years ago as an outlet to talk about some of the sick and degenerate things we’ve seen and done at swinger’s parties. Now with COVID, I wish for the good old days.

Foxy and Larry in my stories are a reasonably accurate version of us in real life, except not quite as over the top. The descriptions are correct in most details. My wife is an ex-model and a tall, gorgeous piece of eye candy. I married way above my pay grade, especially for a county boy from East Texas.

I’ve had a problem writing a “traditional” story because we’ve never had any significant issues beyond where to go for dinner. Swinging has never been the cause of tension between the two of us. When I started the initial story, House Party, I tried to figure out what could cause a problem between Foxy and me. Then how to run with it.
