Well, my post on Amazon’s Dungeon seems to have hit a nerve, and I’ve gotten conflicting results from some of my cohorts in crime.

Using a non-smut computer with a non-smut related login, I’ve been able to confirm my initial thoughts after receiving an email from Amazon.

Apparently, Amazon if it thinks you are an adult, will return links to stories that are marked as “Adult.” Previously, “Adult” titles would be excluded from searches.

This is still a work in progress and considering Amazon’s secrecy in how they do things, the results may change, but the results are promising.
