I’ve been writing erotic romance stories for over 10 years, and it’s been a blast so far. I’ve written over 50 electronic, paperback, and audiobook books revolving around swinging, hotwifery, and related topics.

I’ve discovered that I enjoy reading past stories I’ve written, especially after enough time has passed that I’ve forgotten many details. Initially, I resisted publishing my stories in paperback as I didn’t think erotic romance stories would sell in print form, but I was surprised. My paperback sales are typically 20-30% of my total sales through Amazon. After finding out how popular paperback smut was, I published most of my stories on paperback. I generally keep a book by the bed and read a few pages before turning the lights off, which is much more convenient than reading on my phone.

Most of my stories are based on our adventures in the world of wife-swapping. So my covers are typically NSFW as they contain erotic pictures of people fornicating or as dirty as Amazon will allow. Wife Swap by Larry Archer

In a plot similar to their 1969 movie namesake, two couples, Bob & Carol and Ted & Alice, decide to open up their marriage and share some of their most intimate fantasies with another couple.

My original idea for this story came after I watched the original Bob & Carol and Ted & Alice on Amazon Prime. I must admit that my story deviates a lot from the original R-rated movie. Aside from the bad hairdos and bell bottoms, it was pretty funny to see two more or less straight couples attempt to swap wives for the first time.

As an author of erotic romance stories, I love the concept of seducing new or “baby swingers.” My wife and I are swingers in real life, and so I try to bring some realism into stories about exchanging wives for the evening. I like to incorporate things that have happened to us with the names changed to protect the guilty.

We’ve learned that you develop a spidey sense for spotting the low-hanging fruit in a hot nightclub, gentlemen’s club, or almost every other establishment. Strip clubs are some of our favorite hunting grounds, and it’s always open season for cheating wives to be seduced to the dark side.

Senseless Shooting Has to Stop

As usual, I’m writing a half-dozen stories simultaneously, but one really hit home for me. The fourteen-year-old kid and his dad will likely spend the rest of their lives in prison for what? The latest school shooting in Georgia only confirms that we’ve become a nation of loons.

As a kid who grew up in a small town in East Texas, I’ve been around guns my entire life. I like to kid that they put a bottle in one hand and a 22 in the other. In my case, it was a single-shot Remington rolling block 22 caliber rifle passed down from generation to generation. In truth, I had no bottle as I was born on the farm and breastfed, but it was a different time.

Back home, it is still somewhat familiar to see someone with a hog leg strapped to their side, but no one has thought much about it until lately. We didn’t go around shooting people.

One of the stories I’m working on involves Foxy and Larry stopping a school shooting. I started this story in reaction to the Uvalde, Texas, school shooting, where local law enforcement apparently failed to respond quickly to an incident with tragic consequences.

Idle Hands are the Devil’s Workshop

When I should be working on an erotic romance story or trying to finish one of the ones in my draft folder, I’m playing with PhotoShop. As usual, my favorite model is my lovely wife, and I’ve just finished working on a nice backshot of her in thigh-high leather boots and a black thong.

I do a fair amount of graphics design but am not too handy at editing images with Photoshop or GIMP. My experience typically involves assembling a final image for a book cover or illustration.

My go-to program is CorelDraw, which I’ve used for years and has been around forever. Most people haven’t heard of it as it’s a commercial product used by ad layout and graphic designers. Often, authors try to use graphics editing software like Photoshop, but CorelDraw is better suited for cover design.

The best way to explain the difference between CoreDraw type products and Photoshop is that Corel uses objects to assemble a final product. It’s possible to use Photoshop similarly, but Corel is designed to make it easier.

Is It Wrong to Use My Wife as a Booth Babe?

The last few days have been especially painful for me. This all started a couple of weeks ago when Foxy pulled out a box of old pictures she inherited from her mother. These are the typical family snapshots from the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s that had accumulated over time.

Foxy has always been interested in photography, both in front of and behind the camera. As such, anytime someone was cleaning house, she’d take all the old photos that no one wanted. We have pictures of people from the early 1900’s (I guess) and have no idea who they are.

Anyway, in my wife’s mind, any request can be answered in one sentence, so she asked, “Can you scan these pictures so I can put them on my phone?”

I’m My Own Worst Enemy

It’s Saturday morning in Las Vegas, and as usual, I’m sitting in front of my three monitors looking at an almost full-size image of my gorgeous wife in the buff stretched across the triple displays. With 32-inch ViewSonic screens, my six-foot ex-model wife has her elbow at the edge of the leftmost monitor and her toes at the right.

As usual, we went to a small house party last night of approximately twenty couples. The party didn’t break up until about 3 AM, and then we stopped at Denny’s with several other couples and one of our unicorns.

Luckily, there were no religious nutjobs to critique the ladies’ lack of clothing, and the grave crew at Denny’s just rolled their eyes at us. On the positive side, one of the night crew waitresses appears almost converted.

The woman is fortyish, blonde, with a trim figure and a friendly attitude. I believe she’s gotten suspicious since our little group comes in regularly and never sits in the same order. She realized the woman sitting on one guy’s lap was with another guy or girl the last time.

Do Unicorns Exist?

Easing out of bed early this Sunday morning, I left my wife tangled up with one of our unicorn friends. One of the questions that comes up with newbie swingers or when your straight friends discover you are in the lifestyle is if Unicorns really exist.

It’s Hot in Vegas

As a writer of erotic romance stories, I’ve had a lot of fun creating flights of fancy based on our experiences in the world of swingers. It doesn’t take a lot to come up with a storyline. All we have to do is attend a House Party and see who does what to whom. Then I simply change all the names to protect the guilty, and voila, the job is done!

It’s not quite that simple as you’d probably suspect. The pages in my notebook are often stuck together and stained, which makes them hard to read. I could use my laptop, but it’s hard to type with one hand. Plus, I get distracted by some skirt walking by.

Doing research for my next new story is typically interesting, as you’d expect. Swingers, in general, are an interesting lot, and there is never a dull moment. People often come to Las Vegas to party and have fun away from the prying eyes back home. Sin City’s motto is, “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.” That pretty much explains the rationale behind a lot of the partying on the Strip.

My wife is a Texas Hold’em player and loves to take advantage of the typical tourist who sits down in front of her. Foxy is six foot, all leg, miniskirted and braless. While you’re staring at her tits, she’s scoping up the chips as you drool on the table like a hound dog looking at a pork chop.
