I’ve recently started publishing on Google Play Books in both electronic (ePub) and audiobook formats. So far, it seems to be working out, and sales are ramping up. It’s pretty straightforward to publish on Google but you have to pay attention to detail.

The publishing process is a step-by-step, similar to Amazon, SmashWords, or Draft2Digital, but it’s easy to miss the two adult-related questions. There is a button for Mature Audiences and one for the minimum age of the reader. I’m not sure if you need to enter a minimum age after selecting mature audiences but I took the step of entering 18+ for the reader target ages.

Currently, the publishing times are quick. In my experience, it takes less than an hour for your smut book to be reviewed and released for public consumption. Then, once you’ve published your electronic version of the story, it can be translated into audiobook format.

Ensure you don’t use any four-letter words in the blurb, as that gets their shorts in a knot. Looking at some of the titles offered by other authors, I question Google being offended by a dirty word when My Semen Sipping Mom, Pumped Full of Cum, My Pump and Dump MILF, Creampie in Fertile Holes, Oops He Got Me Pregnant, and Virgin Cum Dumpsters are proudly displayed in the Google Play Books Catalog. Yet, they are offended at my use of the word “fuck?” So far, How to Ejaculate and Shoot Further is my favorite.

I’m considering AI for my next cover design to see how it works out. A good friend of mine, Dacy, is working on creating an image for a potential upcoming story. So far, I’m impressed with the results. Once Chat-GPT learns how to give good head, I’ll be happy!

Dacy wants to create an AI version of Foxy for a cover and that has promise. Like most swingers, we try to avoid publicity as straights don’t seem to like us. I’m always amazed that no one thinks anything of two people having a marriage-ending affair, yet couples openly swapping partners is somehow terrible. After living in the Midwest for many years, winter in Las Vegas is a shock. While I don’t have to worry about getting my snowblower out, waking up to forty degrees is bracing. Back home, an entire bedroom would be devoted to coats when attending a house party with two feet of snow outside.

For all my grousing about the weather here, it is perfect. We have four months of hot weather followed by eight months of nice weather. While I admit San Diego would be better, I’m too lazy to move. Foxy loves it as she gets to play Texas Hold-Em all she wants. If you’re ever sitting across from a minimally dressed six-foot goddess sporting 80s-style big hair, with her tits and legs hanging out, my advice is to ignore those jugs and watch your cards. My wife doesn’t play fair, and I guarantee that every innocent glimpse of her braless boobs will end up costing you dearly.

Las Vegas has survived the Formula One race with a fair number of locals up in arms about the impact of the race. Roads around the Strip have been closed or barricaded for months, with businesses complaining about lost business due to traffic tie-ups and construction. We’ve gone to local casinos during the race preparation more than usual, and hopefully, everything will return to normal until next year when the race returns.

Buffets were one of the first casualties of COVID and along with the bean counters made Sin City much less tourist friendly than the old days when the mob ran things. Gone is the $1.99 steak and eggs at the casinos or being able to pick exactly what you wanted from the Rio or Harrah’s immense buffets. For me going to a Saturday morning eggs over easy with country gravy is better than any steak around.

We have Steak n Shake and White Castle here but it’s not the same as back home. Going to White Castle at 3 AM was always a trip. That’s when the strange people come out. The Rocky Horror crowd, after closing nightclub folks and cops who managed to ignore the people around them, possibly illegally dressed or under the influence of a controlled substance. Cops are some of the hardest partiers around when they take off the badge. There are several law enforcement couples in our circle and they’re just as perverted as we are.

Between Christmas and house parties, I’m trying to keep writing as much as possible. My upcoming book, Losing Control, has been a challenge to wrap a storyline around a touchy subject without offending my feminist spouse or my readers. A good percentage of my readers are female, and while the story starts on the dark side, it rapidly changes direction. And not the good “Dark Side” either. I’m always careful not to have sharp objects around the house if I’m writing something that may offend Wifey. I don’t have to worry about things in the kitchen, as Foxy never goes in there.
