Dirty Ideas

Guest Blog Post By Lisabet Sarai

“Ideas are like rabbits. You get a couple and learn how to handle them, and pretty soon you have a dozen.” ~ John Steinbeck

Give Larry the blame. Or maybe the credit.

It all started with Nina. I’d just done a beta read of Larry’s opus Stripper or Nurse. We were chatting about his characters, and he sent me a gorgeous image of two brunettes who were clearly in love. We decided to jointly write a story about them – Nina, the former ballerina who shows up one day at The Fox’s Den looking for a job as a stripper, and Linda, the manager of the Den who introduces her to the wild, hedonistic lifestyle of the club’s denizens. I wrote the first chapter, then handed it off to Larry. He’d penned four more chapters in just a few days. I couldn’t keep up with him.

So I decided to write a book of my own, set in the world of The Fox’s Den, but with a new set of characters. I had the germ of an idea, a bride who comes to Vegas with her best friends for her wedding, escapes from the surveillance of her strict Italian auntie, and ends up performing at Amateur Night at the Den. I’ve never written a book so quickly. Every time I opened the manuscript, I had more outrageous, dirty ideas. It was great fun, very liberating, to write pure smut without worrying about the rules of romance or the constraints of literary erotica.

In the time it took me to write Hot Brides in Vegas, of course, Larry had published three books of his own. Oh well. I figured that I’d gotten the smut out of my system. Then Larry proposed another joint effort. That didn’t go well at all—we discovered that my view of Foxy and Larry, the couple central to his world, wasn’t completely compatible with his. Once again, I let him run with the original idea (which turned into Crashing the Swinger’s Pajama Party).

Meanwhile, after just a week of working with him, I’d gotten ideas for a sequel to Hot Brides. More Brides in Vegas shifts the focus to Annie and Ted, secondary characters in the first book. Their co-ed stag party the night before their wedding turned out to be the raunchiest thing I’d ever written, with public sex, lesbian orgies, spankings, dominance, and submission, horny MILFs, gang bangs, wife swapping—well, I’m sure you get the picture! All my filthy notions fell neatly into place. I was in awe of my own audacity.

Enough, I told myself. Time to get back to more serious work, something with some redeeming social value.

Ideas are like rabbits. They multiply. The next thing I knew, I was working on the third volume in the series, Sin City Sweethearts. That book came out last week. And guess what? It’s even more over the top than its predecessors.

And it’s all Larry’s fault.

Oh, by the way – I am working on a short fourth volume. I’m hoping to get Valentine’s Visit to Vegas out by February 14th!

Thanks, Larry!

Sin City Sweethearts: Vegas Babes Book 3

Welcome to Las Vegas—leave your inhibitions at the city limits.

Like many newlyweds, Annie and Ted work hard, economize, live in a too-small apartment, and make passionate love whenever possible. They’re just a bit more open-minded and inclusive about sex than most couples—they met at The Fox’s Den strip club and bonded during an orgy.

They’re delighted when fraternal twins Marcella and Madeleine McNabb move into the apartment downstairs. The innocent eighteen-year-old beauties have come to Las Vegas to attend the university and to escape their overprotective family. Annie and Ted figure it’s practically their duty to educate the sisters about the real Sin City.

Marcie and Maddy prove to be apt pupils, with voracious carnal appetites. Before long they’re intimately involved not only with their upstairs neighbors, but also their hippie landlord and landlady, Maddy’s hunky coach, Marcie’s dominant department head, a handful of their classmates, a bevy of strippers from the Den and the infamous Foxy and Larry themselves. Then the four McNabb brothers come to town, threatening to drag the twins back to Ely, and things get truly wild.

A note from Larry:

I encourage my readers to grab a copy of the Vegas Babes Series by Lisabet Sarai. If you’ve never read good erotica written by a woman, give these stories a try.

Sin City Sweethearts and the rest of the Vegas Babes series are not likely to be reviewed by the local library group, where you sit around and drink tea with your little finger stuck out and use big words to impress the preacher’s wife. No, this is serious smut and will have you in the bathroom with the door locked before you can say, “It’ll make you go blind!”

Lisabet Sarai is the only author I know of who can stuff more erotica into a story than me. Let’s be honest here, we read porn to get a charge out of it. We don’t want to read until the last page for someone to get laid. Like me, Lisabet has someone doing the nasty on the first page!

While you can find stories with mindless fucking and sucking, you have to put up with atrocious grammar and misspelled words. There is nothing like having to stop and figure out what the heck the author meant right when the going gets good.

Then you realize that you’ve gotten the pages to the dictionary all stuck together as you try to understand what word the author really meant to use.

Like me, Lisabet wraps a plot around all of the sex so that you can become engrossed in the story beyond putting tab A into slot B.

So, whip it out! Your credit card that is and grab a copy of Sin City Sweethearts and your lube. Trust me, you’ll need it.

After reading a story from any author, even someone else besides Lisabet and myself, leave a review. Picture us sitting around with our fingers numb from the cold as the blizzard howls outside and we try to pound out a story to entertain you and allow us to buy wood for the fireplace.

We need your good words where you buy your smut to help us be found by other connoisseurs of great erotica.

Truthfully, Lisabet lives where the temperature is never below 70 degrees F and I live in Sin City where it’s 60 F during the winter, but you need to feel sorry for us so that you’ll give up that Starbucks which will only last a few minutes. You could have some good smut to put on your phone, tablet, or computer that you can entertain yourself with for hours.

After reading this heart rendering cry for help, wipe your tears, tell your co-workers that you got something in your eye and buy a copy of Sin City Sweethearts. Do it for me and maybe we’ll add you as a walk in character in our next smut story!

  1. Thank you, Larry! I’m on my knees, forever in your debt…

    Or whatever ;^)

Seriously I really appreciate your praise, your marketing help, and especially your inspiration.

    Lisabet,

It’s been a fun ride. I’m glad that I can be of some assistance in a little way. Writing porn is not something that I’ll ever make a lot of money at and never mind helping other writers improve their craft. You’ve been a great help in learning me about proper English and so the debt is still on my side of the scale.

Of course, the thought of you on your knees has a certain appeal also. Maybe my wife will let me go first for a change with the girl. 🙂
